Having Mortal Wounds is nice for Fury but the Arms one is still more reliable with Sharpen Blade. Also Arms is still better for bursting and taking less damage. Pretty much what Nazgath said, just fury will be able to be more competitive in 2s and 3s, but arm is better design for pvp then fury.

Fury is lacking utility… self heals from Enraged Regen are decent… but that’s about it. Arms has dstance and die by the sword… its just to good to pass up. Not to mention condemn is kind of worthless as fury. In 2’s against rouge mage fury is a sitting duck… not much you can do when your healer gets full polyed.
