Eradicate the spiders, then head north until you find a short set of ruined stairs. Turn southeast at these stairs and enter a web-covered tower, where you’ll find a chest out of reach above you. Interact with this chest to start an Illustrated Book Episode.

How do I get to the Watch Tower?
To reach the Watch Tower Fast Travel to the lake and use the boat – dock at the old Tower Dock and then head to the entrance and kill the Wraith. Loot the body there to get the final diagram and that completes this quest. However be sure to go inside and loot the chest on the scaffold as it has an Enhanced Diagram in it that is for another quest.
